A HULU original I had very high expectation for. Based on a best selling book by John Green and recommended by a friend who claimed it was better that Cheer on Netflix. But in fact the series was nothing more than a bunch of annoying, selfish teenagers who call themselves friends but couldn’t care less about each other. The glimpse of the mysterious accident that the series starts with and the story eventually leads to is not enough for me to stay with it. I lost my patience for long before the midpoint and abandoned the show after the fifth episode.
